The Moor Tour in 2013 is in its second competitive year as a Cyclo-sportive event across the beautiful North York Moors.

This years event is now booked for 23rd June 2013.

Entries are available through British Cycling

There is a choice of two challenging routes of either 100 miles or 60 miles.

Both routes start and finish at Stokesley on the Northern edge of the North York Moors.

Billed as a gruelling test of rider stamina, both routes take in a number of the most challenging climbs in the Moors.

And there are some great downhill sections.

Both routes come through Rosedale Abbey and up Chimney bank - the steepest public road in England!

You can catch all the action from the comfort of Rosella Cottage in Rosedale Abbey.
