And the North York Moors National Park Authority also offer two dedicated cycling centres located inside the park that are well-worth paying a visit.
There is one located at Sutton Bank on the other side of Helmsley - about 25-minutes by car from Rosedale.
And the other is located in Dalby Forest - about 30 minutes drive from here.
But if you follow Stage 11 of the "Moor to Sea" Cycle Network, you can actually ride all the way from Rosedale Abbey to the cycling centre at Low Dalby.
