Locals and visitors-alike are in for a real treat this November with the Bandroom in Farndale hosting two massive concerts.
The Bandroom in Farndale is the UKs Most Intimate Venue.
Unfortunately, if you haven't already got a hot-ticket for the Anais Mitchell concert on Friday 7th November - sorry - but you've missed out.
But the Bandroom still has tickets on sale for Sean Noonan - one of the greatest drummers in the World - playing live in Farndale on Friday 28th November (alongside a Polish String Quartet, apparently).
Telephone the bandroom on 01751 432900 for tickets and further information about the Sean Noonan Gig.
The Band Room on the North York Moors is a 1920s-era, 100-capacity concert hall located 6-miles from Rosedale Abbey and 35 miles to the Northeast of York.
We think it is nicest-located, and most intimate music venue in Britain.
The Bandroom is Located in the Heart of the North York Moors National Park.
Because it was constructed as a practice- and concert-venue for the Farndale Silver Band; in a remote corner of the North York Moors; concerts held at the Band Room today have super acoustics, a special intimate feel, and a countryside charm.
There is no noisy, high-price bar, but music fans are welcome to BYO drinks.
Rosella Cottage in the village of Rosedale Abbey is just a short drive from the Bandroom; and makes an ideal base to make a weekend of any concert booking at the Bandroom.
We still have availability for a 3-4 night stay to catch Sean Noonan on Friday 28th November.
And as an added bonus, the Gilles Jones Annual Glassware Exhibition is also open to visitors in Rosedale Abbey through to Sunday 30th November.
.
Make it a Great Weekend with a Visit to the Annual Gilles-Jones Exhibition.
