It's Spring and the seasonal lambing-time is here again on the North York Moors.

You'll see lambs all across the high Moors so we ask that locals and visitors-alike slow down and take care around lambs on the roads.

Our Lambs are Prescious!

Our lambs add to the local distinctiveness of our lovely moorland community and they are a valuable addition to the livelihood of local farmers.

Whenever you see the new lambs frollicking on the Moors, we hope that they bring you a sense of joy and renewal after the long cold winter.

So keep a sharp-eye out for lambs and slow down whenever they're about.
