Birds of the North York Moors

Bird watchers will love a holiday visit to the North York Moors National Park; for the bird watching opportunity and range of supurb scenic habitat.

To catch a sense of everything the park has to offer, I'm posting an 8-minute video which showcases the scenery and many of the birds you'll be able to see.

The film starts with some lovely shots of our iconic moorland Red Grouse; but includes Lapwing, Dippers, King Fishers, Woodpecker, Jays, Gulls, and many other local birds.
