And their home-farm produced Charolais Cross lamb is as sweet, tender and juicy as can be.
Cedarbarn butchery is now completely self-sufficient in lamb, so you can be sure the lamb you buy is of excellent provenance and raised to the highest welfare standards.
Pork sold at the butchery is locally-sourced from Trotters Farm near Malton.
The rare breed cross pigs from Trotters Farm are all born, reared and finished outdoors in a completely natural way.
So their meat is really succulent and tasty.
It could well be the finest pork sold in North Yorkshire!
And Cedarbarn chicken is also sourced from local producer Nidderdale Chickens.
They also produce and sell a wide range of other top-quality locally-produced meats and home-made meat products, ready-meals and kebabs.
The Cedarbarn butchery home-made burgers and sausages are always most popular for BBQs in spring and summer.
