But we're still just 10 miles from Pickering, 18 miles from Helmsley, 25 miles from Whitby and 40 miles from York.

So a range of great local historic market towns with much historical interest, shopping, galleries, arts and museums are within easy reach.

And we're in a great location too for exploring all that the North York Moors have to offer.

And best of all, Rosedale Abbey is home to two village pubs, a shop, cafe, Artisan Gallery, golf course, primary school and lovely church.

It's a reall village community set around a lovely village green, and all just a stroll from our front door.
