Egton Bridge Gooseberry Show

The annual “goose gog” show will take place this year on the first Tuesday of the Month of August, this time being Tuesday 7^th August.

It is the oldest surviving gooseberry show in the country, having been established in the year 1800. Wow!

So get along if you’re in the area. Egton Bridge is only a short and scenic drive or cycle ride over the Moors from Rosedale Abbey. You’ll be there in no time.
