With the UK school holiday's starting this week around the UK, families can plan a fun-packed and active holiday in Rosedale Abbey on the North York Moors.

And there are many cottages offering self-catering options for weekends, weekly stays or longer periods.

What's more; once you arrive there is simply so much to do and sights to see on the North York Moors.

Being a National Park; and with beautiful scenary, space, fresh air, green forests, and historic towns; the only problem is squeezing in all the adventures into the time available.
